Our aromatic mountain tea is characterised by a tangy, crisp taste with a slightly resinous bouquet. We use only full flowering stems. As its name suggests, this speciality prefers regions that are at least a little hilly, where shepherds appreciate it as a refreshment after their work is done. The best aroma develops if you let one or two flowering stems brew for just two to three minutes. Enjoy this hand-picked and sun-dried tea and let your thoughts drift away high up into the mountains.
