Organic
Since introduction in 1992 [1994]. German organic produce certificate based on EU-Eco Regulation 2018/848. We are audited once a year by audit
agency Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH, Nuremberg (DE-ÖKO-001).
Demeter
Since 1987 [1987]. Certificate for foodstuffs produced in accordance with Demeter guidelines. We are audited once a year by Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH, Nuremberg.
Transfair
Since 2011 [1997]. Fairtrade standard of not-for-profit association TransFair, Cologne. Our adherence to the standard is regularly checked by
FLO-CERT, Bonn.
Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000)
Since 2021. The Food Safety System Certification 22000 is an international standard relating to food safety and quality. Adherence to all the regulations is checked once a year by Eurofins, Iwoa (USA). In 2021, we converted and developed our management system from the IFS standard to FSSC.
Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS)
Since 1997 [2015]. The Eco-Management and Audit Scheme is a European eco-audit, as part of which an environmental statement is published. We are audited once a year by an expert environmental assessor of the GUTcert agency, Berlin.
Japanese Argicultural Standard - organic (JAS)
Since 2009. Japanese Agricultural Standards – organic produce label. Required for exporting organic foodstuffs to Japan. We are audited
once a year by Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH, Nuremberg.
Bio Suisse
Since 2007. Swiss organic produce label. The requirements match those of the Demeter guidelines. We are audited annually by Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH, Nuremberg.
WE CARE
Since 2020.
This sustainability standard focuses on the sustainable and fair management of supply chains as well as the areas of corporate management, environmental management and employer duty of care. We are audited annually by by Kiwa International Cert GmbH, Hamburg.
